    Little did you know how prophetic this movie was when you filmed it huh!!! lol

    It was GREAT to see you with an substantial part…was really fun and darned you can run really fast!!! lo

    I’m glad you saw my look at the “grandfather” as heart warming. Other people asked me if I had some sort of sexual relationship with him!?! I wasn’t meaning to flirt with my uncle…Oops.

    If it had become my series…I’d probably be dead by now! It was a dangerous shoot. Many people said I was a good runner…but you would run too if people were blowing up airbags in your face and giving you gadgets that poked your eyes out in real life. I was truly freaked out when I dived into the flaming water…no acting involved.

    And yes, Britney was very hot back then… I guess that’s how it goes with all starlets. I have my fingers crossed that Dakota Fanning will survive, panties in tact. ;p

  13. Hmmm…trying to think how to say this delicately….lol…It was actually a pretty entertaining movie (concept) even factoring OUT the fact that I got to see the lovely Jeanne Chinn act (other than your Weeds part). It was really an interesting script actually…a decent piece of Sci-fi!!

    Along the lines of Dakota, I had actually written you an email about Bai Ling. I just happened to catch a movie called “Red Corner” the other morn before work (with Richard Gere). She actually showed great potential back then!!! I was SHOCKED!! Whatever happened to her?? Were her choices since then just HER personal choices or it is really that hard for a Asian actress to get a “meaty” role in Hollywood???

    Not trying to badmouth Bail Ling…but I was just shocked at the transformation. She actually seemed like she was on the road to being a serious actress in that movie. Since then…well you know I assume.

    Thanks again for your support and enthusiasm. :) I think Bai Ling is a very good actor. Her focus seems to have been elsewhere lately.

    Yes, it’s difficult for Asian women to get meaty roles in Hollywood.

    I just turned on the TV and coincidentally spotted Bai Ling on “Chelsea Lately” where she seriously stated that she is from another planet, the moon to be exact. Perhaps her state of mind is part of the problem. I hope she is ok. What a waste of talent.

    Flaming water, you should try it sometime Robert!;) I’m not that comfortable in the water to begin with. My work always challenges me and helps me to face my fears.

    Actually it was SO refreshing to see Bai Ling in that movie…she was REALLY REALLY good in it….so good I barely recognized her at first!!! lol I guess that was before she discovered she was from the moon!! lol

    It certainly keeps her in the press…I just wonder how much is real and how much is a game with her.

    I don’t know Bai Ling, so I shouldn’t say anything. This is a tough business and it is amazing that any of us get though it without going koo koo!

    Yes, DON’T try the flaming water! I eat fire. I recommend fire eating. Its fun once you get over the initial fear. But you should only do it if you are trained by a professional. Don’t try this at home kids!
